Founded by Ashley and Alex Levy, SoundMind was born from a shared devotion to authenticity, play, self-expression, and the gift of being in community. Rooted in integrated healing practices and lived experience, they hold this space with openness, curiosity, and belonging - nurturing ease in body, mind, and soul.

Our schedule blends movement and restorative practices on purpose, because we know that your inner world matters just as much as your physical practice.
