SoundMind Restore

A series designed to clear your mind, recover your body and restore your energy.

Reiki & Sound Meditation is a grounding space to rest and receive. This class weaves group Reiki, Sound healing, and guided meditation to help you release stuck energy, reconnect with yourself and allow your nervous system to fully restore.

Somatics is a blend of movement and breathwork designed to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body and emotions. Through primal movement, tapping, myofascial release, and intuitive flow, you’ll learn to feel, move, and reset from the inside out.

Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply restorative practice that invites you to pause, breathe, and soften. Through long stretches and mindful stillness, this class supports nervous system regulation and helps release deep tension in the body.
