Group Reiki + Sound Meditation

Lay down, rest and receive.

Reiki is a holistic energy healing practice that brings the physical, emotional and energetic body back into balance. It works with the body's seven energy centers, known as chakras, clearing what's blocked and restoring flow so your nervous system can fully settle and your body can recover. Layered with frequency music, sound bowls and drum, the vibration of sound moves through the body - helping you feel grounded, calm and clear.

Yin Yoga

A deeply restorative practice that invites you to pause, breathe, and soften. Through long-held stretches and mindful stillness, this class supports nervous system calm and helps release deep tension in the body by slowly unwinding the fascia and allowing the body to soften.

Somatics

A movement class built around stress release and self healing, designed to activate, regulate and reset your nervous system. Through intuitive movement, breathwork and vocal expression, you'll shake off stress, loosen what's been stuck and wake your body up from the inside out. You'll take up space, release what's been stored and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more like yourself.

Restore classes are non-heated/room temperature for deep relaxation.
