We know what it’s like to walk into a studio unfamiliar and we want to make it as easy as possible for you.

Follow the step by step guide to book and show up with confidence!

1. Start with the New Student Trial
Two weeks of unlimited classes for $49 to try everything out and find what you love!

2. Download the app (optional but recommended)
Download the app, log in with your new credentials, and you're all set to book and manage your classes with ease. Prefer to book online? That works too.

3. Plan your visit
Dress for movement and bring your mat and water — rentals available if you need! There is ample free parking in the lot and on the street.

4. Arrive and Settle In

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first class! We'll show you around and make sure you feel at home before class begins. (Please note that we lock the door at the start of class to ensure the safety of our students and staff.)

5. Drop the pressure
Just give yourself the hour and see how you feel on the other side. No prior experience needed — we're here to guide you!
